 I have not used my phone but am getting daily roaming charges, and I am unable to turn it off in Self Serve... it sends me a popup message to contact Customer Service.. which is really hard to do. I am out of the country where the 800 number does not work, even using the Mexican translated 800 numbers.  I have tried the Facebook page and left a number of messages with no reply.  I have brought my phone here several times to monitor incoming texts and get OTPs…. this is the first time that I have had this issue.

I would really appreciate some assistance regarding to get the Easy Roam removed, along with the daily $16 charges, and information on a local Canadian number that i can call, or a way to get access to customer service.

We have reviewed the details and we see the roaming charges were incurred due to low data usage.

To prevent unwanted roaming charges when roaming, you’d need to make sure data roaming and data stay off in the phone settings, please follow the steps in the article here https://community.koodomobile.com/plans-services-232910/easy-roam-understanding-how-you-will-be-charged-while-traveling-7811296 for more details

If we remove the International Data roaming add on you won't be able to use data while roaming and if we remove the International Voice roaming add on, you cannot make /receive  calls or send receive text messages.

Please let us know if you wish to remove any of the International Roaming add ons.
