registration issue outside canada

I need to reactivate my phone number by topping up but I'm outside of canada

It's not active as I haven't topped uo in over a year 

But I can't register for koodo online as I can't receive the verification text and my email isn't linked to the number.

I can't contact koodo either

Unfortunately, if it’s been more than 90 days since the last top up, the account gets deactivated and a new sim and number are required. More info here: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/prepaid-sim-cards

I assume you had a prepaid account because you mentioned " topping up"…

If you didn't top up more than 90 days, your account and number is expired. You need to purchase a new SIM to create account.

Also, Koodo prepaid doesn't work outside of Canada and US.
