Hi,

I am currently living in Korea. When I left Canada 5 months ago, my Visa card expired and I forgot to update the information on my koodo self serve account. So I had a few months where the automatic payment wasn’t working. Because of the months of no payment my account was cancelled.

I am trying to get a hold of koodo to reactivate my account and hopefully save my Canadian number for when I return.

Is there a number I can call toll free from Korea?? So that I can talk to a real person about my situation.

It is already too late. Your number is only available for 90 days. You will need to create a new account and buy a SIM card.
