Hello, I’m currently overseas in Bali and I recently cancelled my plan on January 7th. I’m hoping because it just recently happened that I can reactivate my account without having to be in the country. Please let me know as I would like my plan back. 

Just to confirm, are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? 
if you are a postpaid customer, you could try to contact a rep via Facebook messaging when you’re overseas, they might be able to help. Links are below at the bottom of this forum page


I was not a prepaid customer, I paid my bills monthly. I have already sent koodo a message on Facebook messenger to see if they can help me through there, still waiting on a response. Just want to make sure this is doable through messenger and without speaking to anybody over the phone.
