Correct Title: “Provided Wrong IMEI to obtain new eSIM”

I had provided the EID and IMEI of my iPhone to receive the eSIM directly on my mobile phone, However, accidentally, I provided the IMEI of the Physical SIM slot (the phone supports one eSIM and one physical SIM). So, although I was able to setup the eSIM on my iPhone, I have not been able to latch on to the network (it has been 24 hours and no bars yet!).

I would appreciate any ideas to fix this issue.

Hi @rev25

We have checked on our end and the esim appears active. Have you tried restarting your device/ resetting the network settings?

Hi @Flo Koodo,

Thank you for your response. Yes, I have restarted the device multiple times and, have turned the eSIM on and off multiple times as well.

@rev25

Can you please turn your phone off for 10 minutes and let us know here once you turned it off?

We will try to refresh the settings from our end to see if this helps.

@Flo Koodo

I have turned the phone off and its been 10 mins since I turned it off.

@rev25

Can you please restart your phone and check if it’s working?

@Flo Koodo Nope, still no luck unfortunately,

Hi @rev25

in this case, you will need to schedule a call back through the virtual assist and speak with a rep from the technical support team.
