I logged into Self serve today to look at my usage and plans, but both my lines are no where to be seen. I’ve tried logging in incoginto mode, different browser, but same result. 
Is this a Koodo issue ? 
 

 

Again, same here. Koodo made a boo boo. We are not the only ones. Yet to be determined.


I am able to see the account, looks all good now. Phew.


There is a chance that  they were having a maintenance issue at night. I would recommend you try again during their business hour to see if the issue is fixed.


Yeah, it made my heart skip a beat too.
