Pick the perk not available

I switched my cell service to Koodo two days ago. Has been trying to pick the perk and keep receiving a message saying it’s unavailable and try later.

Need help.

Which perk was it? You could put a request here. A rep might be able to assist

Hi there @Jlau  Its a known glitch with some of the new actications. We are currently working on a fix.

In the meantime, we have submited a request for the “unlimited International SMS” perk to be added to your account, You should see it appear in 7 business days or less.  Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

My son and I both signed up 2 months ago and have been struggling getting the roll over data for both of us. We have called a rep, and he said it was reset and try again later. We have missed out on 2 months of roll over data.
