I’m in a bit of straits, was late on a payment, paid myself to 0.00 liability, now my phone says not activated on network. Really wanted to contact support but you can’t do that when your provider bricks your phone

How did you make the payment?

If it was by online banking, it may take  3 -5 day for the payment to be posted.

You might have the option to report the payment in self serve, more info here 

If you do not see it, then you should be able to contact the Payment support by dialing #227 from your Koodo phone.


Your phone is not bricked.  You should be able to call #277 if you need to reach the payment team.
