numbe transfer incomplete

Hi I tried to transfer my number to Koodo I followed instructions 

I have iPhone 

On self serve it say in process

it’s been a few days

I have Koodo network and I can use iMessage but I can’t send or receive regular texts and or calls or voice mail

wifi calling isn’t working 

is there a way to try again or just get a new number

Just a quick question, have you replied "yes" to the text from other carrier sending to their SIM? As well, was that SIM working as of now?
