From what I can find Telus is reporting a Cable theft in Sardis BC. I’m guessing this is related to my lack of service in Agassiz . Telus cable theft

Why is there no support from a human other then a callback? You can’t call me back if there is no cell service… Koodo some customer support updates are maybe a good idea! Live chat? If the issue was from a disconnection of the cable, I don’t think they can do much except waiting for it to be repaired by Telus unfortunately.
