I have scheduled a call with Koodo but no one called me back. I have waited for a long time. How come?

Glitches happen sometimes or maybe the number was entered in wrong. I’d suggest scheduling another one if you’re more than 60min past the scheduled time.

I changed my address using self serve, but the address is not updated. I need someone to help. It’s a matter urgent. !!!
