I added a new BYOD line last week and received my SIM card a few days ago. I installed the SIM card using the Koodo supplied number, then changed the number in self-serve to a local one. The number has been updated on my account, but not my iphone. I have tried restarting the device, removing and re-installing the SIM card, turning the device of for 2 hours, reset cell settings. not sure what else to try? it’s been 24 hours since changing the number

Hi ​@drthorne the phone number change was successful, the old number is deactivated. Where are you still seeing the old phone number in your phone? Is it when messaging, or calling or both? Are you receiving calls or messages if someone uses the new number?


the phone still has the Koodo supplied number on it. it does not send or receive any calls or messages


The phone is connected to the network, there are no errors following the number change so it should be good to go for calls, messages and data. Have you tested it? What happens when someone tries to call/message the new number? What happens when you call or message?
