I am outside the country. I have upgraded to new phone on one of my 2 phone numbers. While this phone is on the way, purolator has not updated anything after last update 9 days ago that my shipment was taken back to one of their sorting facilities. Now, all of sudden I receive following email from koodo and I can’t login to my Koodo self serve or contact Koodo without incurring roaming charges. I am not sure what to do.

“We’ve successfully unlinked the additional account *****3107 from your current username.

You can no longer access this account with your username.

If you want to link another account, go here. If you didn’t request your additional account to be unlinked, go to koodo.com/chat and enter account users to schedule a callback.”

Unfortunately, we were unable to locate your account based on your community profile.

You should still be able to request a call back on your Koodo number if you have the sim card with you.

No charges will incur for the call you will get from Koodo even if you are roaming.

Just make sure you don’t use your phone for other calls, for data or for outgoing texts. More info about how to prevent unwanted roaming charges can be found here
