So I woke up to my phone saying LTE not available and I’m unable to make calls or use my data, I never initiated for my account to be cancelled and my first bill wasn’t due until the 21st, I currently have no access to my number and I can’t make any calls

Whenever you access your koodo self serve, does it say anything about a past due balance or if the account is suspended?

it says my account has been cancelled and I received a message asking me to port my number to Telus, I never initiated that port but now I’m stuck without a phone number or data, and I have pressed Yes to the message neither.

 


*I haven’t pressed yes sorry


Oh in that case you may have been a victim of fraud, do not press yes on the port message as someone attempted to port you to Telus. Do you know anyone else who has access to your account number / koodo account details?

If a rep sees this on here they will PM you for more details. Also if youre able, you should change your koodo self serve password as soon as you can.
