I received an email recently advising I can pick up a free perk, but the Manage Perks link in self serve never loads. This seems to be an old problem based on previous posts. Is there a solution from Koodo?

I would recommend you try to clear the cache of the web browser and try again. If that doesn’t help, you can come back here and put a request for which perk you would like to select. A rep should be able to add it for you manually.
