I’ve seen other people post the same issue within the last month. You go through all the steps to cancel, you get to a page that has you tick the boxes for why your canceling, and then you have two buttons, Cancel in Orange or Keep. 

When you press the cancel, it just refreshes the page and prompts you to tick boxes again and nothing happens. 

Can’t say I’m surprised this is as broken as the internet service. 

Hi ​@RyanHFX, have you tried to open the page in an incognito/private window or with a different browser or device? If you still cannot cancel please schedule a call-back through Koodo Assist so our Internet team can look into it for you.  


I’ve now tried three different browsers. 

Scheduled a callback last night as well, only to listen to hold music for 30 minutes after receiving it.
