I am a new customer to Koodo Mobile.

First, Koodo gets my last name wrong when I registered as a new customer. Had to drive to a kiosk half an hour away to get it fixed.

Second, I am trying to add my Visa credit card as pre-authorized payment and the self-serve won’t allow me. i scheduled a call back for 20h30 and it is now 21h30. What a lack of respect for people time.

After 2 weeks as new customer, i am ready to quit Koodo.

How did you register with Koodo initially, was it done at a store or online? the issue with credit card registration might be related to the name. If your name was different from the card, the system would deny. 

Regarding the call back, have you received any sms notifying you about any incoming calls?

Just to double check, on top of what Dinh asked above, is the address on your Koodo account matching the address of your credit card statement?
