Hello, I subscribed to a 20GB plan, but when I checked my usage today, it shows 45GB. My plan is supposed to be 20GB, so why does the usage show 45GB?

recently have you received any text messages from Koodo saying they will be giving you some free bonus data on top of your plan? As a similar thing happened to me recently. it would be a text from 4010 or something similar which also may have went to spam.

I just checked, and as you said, I saw the message that they’ll add 25GB for free from 4010! Thank you so much!!


@Oliver C ​@Brian choi  does it say the 25GB was for a limited time only?


The only thing it says for me is “25 GB of bonus data has been automatically added to your account at no additional cost while you stay on this plan” So presumably it is on going as far as I can tell. Under conditions apply it also has that the current rate plan must stay active, so presumably if I change it I lose the bonus. 🙂
