i tried to schedule a callback on the chat, it didn’t work at all, i tried many times already

Can you give more specific examples of what happened when you said cancel your account to the chat assist? Once you say “cancel account” it should prompt four options for quick select. You’d pick “I want to cancel a line or an account.” After a sad face gif, you then select “schedule a callback.” You can only schedule a callback while the call centre is open. It should tell you that as well. How far did you go in this process before you had issues? And what did it say?

I would recommend you try to schedule during daytime (Pacific time) to see if there is any available callback slot .


I tried during daytime too, it still said the same thing ‘We're busier than usual right now, and unable to get you to a rep at this time“
