I can’t log into Self Serve

Hello there,

the last two month now I’ve tried to log into Self Serve but with out any luck. I tried different browsers and I cleared the cookies and cache and different devices but nothing worked. I always get the days error message. I tried to reset my password but still the same error message. I have no idea what to do anymore. I will attach a screenshot so you can see the error message I get.

Hi @Gasdriverca 

Did you try resetting the password  through the virtual assist , type “Forgot password” and then continue with the steps?

I did that and reset my password but I still get the same error message. 

What else do I have to do to get access to my accounts again? I tried everything so far?

Hi @Gasdriverca  If the forgot password option did not work, we would recommend reaching out to our customer service over the phone so that our agents can help with your online account. They will have to authenticate the account which is not possible here without a Self Serve access.
