I’m new to Koodo. I’m using my own device to set up new SIM card.
I’ve followed the instructions on how to transfer my current number from my previous provider to Koodo.
When the initial text came through, i texted ‘yes’ as instructed.
After responding to that text, I installed the SIM card from Koodo into my device as instructed.
Almost 4 hours later, I have yet to receive a confirmation or a ‘welcome to Koodo’ text message to let me know everything worked.
when logging on to the Koodo website, the temporary phone number I was provided with has been replaced by the phone number I wanted transferred over. When I log into my previous providers app, it says my service is cancelled.
I booked a call back appointment with Koodo but never got a call.
I just want to find out if my phone is working with this new SIM card with my old number.
Help? Anyone?
