I ordered my home internet on Sep 10, Service Activated Sep 17th, and then received the model/router Sep 18.

 

Figured I need a coaxial port on my wall, which is not there! Called and asked for technician visit, they scheduled for 19th. I stayed all day at home taking half day off work. no show! 
I urgently need this internet connection, my income rely on it.

The technicians are not Koodo employees.  Koodo relies on 3rd parties.
