Hi. So, my phone was unlinked without authorization. I cannot call, text, or use data. I was sent an email with a link to the callback site, and had a callback scheduled. However, since I cannot use the phone services, the callback did not happen. The callback link now takes me to the Koodo homepage. How do I link my account and restore my services?
