Got a bill already but no SIM card...not really happy with all this self serve BS either.

The sim should have been mailed out to you when you received the self serve confirmation email. How long ago was this?
SIM-only orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days.
There is also a check box when you completed your online order that billing and activation starts when the sim is shipped.
