Before all this, I do want to say, I was trying to log into my account, but apparently it was not created. I was talking on the phone with an customer service agent, they directed me to set up my prepaid customer account. Where I have just set it up I did not forget the password, but when I went to go login, it said exceeded the maximum login attempts and I read an article on the community with someone saying they had the same issue, a Koodo agent, replied, saying, have you tried to reset your password? So I tried, again I didn’t forget the password I just went to reset the password because it was not working. Then I successfully reset my password for my account and then go back to login and it does the same thing to me again. It said, exceeded the maximum login attempts.
