Hello. I have arrived in Barcelona and wish to enable Easy Roam to use my Koodo data and SMS. I don't want to pay additional roaming charges. My account says international Easy Roam is enabled. My top level Network and Internet page lists Koodo as my provider. Clicking on the Koodo name shows the configuration as shown in this attachment. FYI the settings are Show Mobile Network ON. Mobile Data OFF. Roaming OFF. Is this correct and if not, please indicate required changes. Many thanks. (I find the precise instructions confusing.)

 

I’m sorry, what exactly is your question? If you have EasyRoam enabled in your account, then you can use your phone as if you are at home, with a few exceptions. You would need to enable all those checkboxes though. Roaming will cost you $16/day (I think that’s still the cost). Hi there ​@Hawkman  We also have much cheaper packages than the $16/day Easy Roam option..

And best of all, Spain is included in the list of countries.
