Very upset w Koodo! I want to upgrade my phone but can’t update my address.  My billing address is a PO BOX - I am trying to update my address to my STREET ADDRESS but the system won’t allow me to do so because my street address is not in the drop down box to select.  I have tried to ask for a CALL BACK - the system just goes around in circles and won’t let me schedule a call back. I’ve done call back before so I know how to do it.

I want to upgrade - and can’t without changing my address.

Just want to talk to a person!!! PLEASE

I finally just kept answering the Koodo assist chat bot with “ call back” went around in circles.  After about 15 min non stop of ‘ call back’ the system finally allowed me to schedule a call.  Got a call within the hour. Took 45 minutes for the agent to correct my address. Ugh. But it’s done.
