Changing plan with Self Serve. Unable to select Roll Over Data perk even though it shows as avaialble.

Trying to change plan in "Self Serve".

Using Firefox as browser.

Selected a plan ($50 60g plan) from the displayed available plans. 

On the perk options page, the pre-selected perk (rollover data) does not show up as selected when confirmation screen appears. All 4 perk options appear when the choose perk screen is displayed yet "no perk selected" shows up on the confirmation screen.

Tried selecting other perk, then going back to rollover data. Shows as selected (check in box), then on the confirm page (no perk selected) is displayed.

Very frustrating. Koodo self serve often seems very glitchy.

Can someone please explain how I can get past this?

Just to confirm, if you don’t select any perk, does it let you to complete the plan change?

 

No, it won’t let me continue without selecting perk. I select it and same problem. “no perk selected” shows up on the confirm page.
