I just changed my plan through self serve and my plan won’t upgrade. I used to have 40gb and now it is showing only 15gb. I upgraded for a 60gb… what is going on?

Have you received an email from Koodo confirming the plan change?
If you changed your rateplan in the middle of a billing cycle, you could only receive a prorated amount of data - depending on how many days left on the billing cycle. More information can be found here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration
