Where can I see the balance on my account that I prepaid? I put $400 on my account so that each month they will just take my bill amount off this prepaid lump sum I put on my account and now I would like to view this amount, where can I do this?

It should display on the home page of your self serve account. It looks like this on prepaid:
Is this a postpaid account?
If you over paid your balance then you should be able to seethe credit when you login to self serve.
