I just got a phone online and I cannot see any information at all about my account billing or usage when I click on anything in the self serve tab it shows nothing
Just to confirm, did you receive the service agreement from Koodo yet? As well, is your sim working normally?
Did you get an order confirmation screen when you completed your order?? An order confirmation email?
I did get an order confirmation as well as a email to set up my self serve account which I did but still nothing shows up ?
As well as a service agreement I received!
Are you an existing Koodo customer or are you signing up for the first time here?
I signed up a couple days ago and today I’m trying to transfer my number over since I got the phone yesterday but it’s not showing me anything on the page
Try clearing your browser’s cache and try logging in again to see if that fixes things
I tried 3 different ways and still the same thing
Go to Koodo Assist and let it know you are having trouble signing into Self serve and the system can do a soft reset for you.
