I have a 4G plan but the perk is a 5G speed boost. I have tried to change it to rollover data and it says success and I will get an email with the changes. I never get the email and the perk does not change

How long ago have you made the change ? 


I tried a week ago but just noticed today it didn’t update. I tried again today and it is the same issue

We have sent a request for the Rollover Data perk to be added on the number ending by *682. 

You should see the changes in 24-48 hours in your Self Serve.
