Hello, I used Koodo on last year. But when I try to login self serve today, I cannot login. It only say “That was unexpected! Your username and/or password appears to be incorrect. It’s also possible that your password no longer meets our requirements to keep it secure. Please reset it here.” When I try to reset, I haven’t receive any email.

 

How can I login to self serve again ? Thank You!
