I bought the Stream+ from Koodo and got the activation email but I cannot activate the services. I tried setting up the self serve but it doesn’t let me because I don’t have a Koodo mobile. Can you please help?

What happens when you try to activate your self serve account using the activation email you got?

There should be instructions to set up your self serve account.

It directly takes me to the self serve log in page and when I try to register it asks for the koodo mobile number. 


@snagpal There should be an email for the self serve registration aside from the Stream+ activation one.

Was the email you got for Stream+ or for self serve set-up?
