Can't update pre authorized payment

I’ve been trying to update my payment method through the self-serve portal since Tuesday. Every time I get an error (see image). I’ve tried different browsers, different computers and incognito mode.

What’s going on?

Is this before or after you enter your new card?

After I enter the new card information.

Is your card address same as your koodo account’s address?

Yes

in the mean time are you able to pay using the new card by calling 611 and using the automated system?
