My address is 123G fake street but the self serve option will change it to 123 fake street and won’t let me include the G at the end of numbers. What’s strange is that when I search for that address it appears but when I try to select it, the G is again removed.
Please let me update my address with my correct address.

Koodo used Canada post address system to find your address. During the address change was there any notification that the address was validated by that system?
when i search for the address in the drop down menu it appears in the list with the suffix, but when I select the address the suffix disappears

let me flag a rep to look into it. It seems there was an issue with the address change
for the record, I haven’t updated my address because the koodo system wont let me enter the correct address.
