Every time I try to activate Call Control all I get is circles spinning and it never activates.
Can you try clearing youyr browser cache, restarting your browser and trying again? If it still doesn’t work, another browser? If it still doesn’t work we can flag a rep to assist.
After reviewing the call control page:
There is an option to turn it on via IVR:
Managing Call Control with IVR
Call Control can also be managed with IVR (Interactive Voice Response): Dial * 99 for English prompts.
IVR can be used to:
- Turn Call Control on
- Turn Call Control off
- Move any of your last 3 callers to your Allowed or Blocked list
If you can’t get the self-serve option to work, I suggest trying with IVR and then check self-serve after 15 minutes to be able to manage your allowed/blocked list. If it’s still giving you issues, please let us know.

We have looked into your account and added Call control to your lines. You should be able to see it in your Self serve and also finish setting it up for the numbers that you want on your Allowed or Blocked list.
