I just received a CPO iphone 14 from a rep I bought from Reddit. The package included a temporary sim with a temp number. He sent me a link to change the temp number to my current number. However when I tried to do that, it would not let me change. Can it be because my current number is already subscribed to koodo. The rep never mentioned anything about new activations only. Now I’m stuck with 2 phones and 2 numbers. Please help. Thank you.

That would be correct, you can’t transfer a from number from Koodo to Koodo since it’s already with Koodo.
I would reach back out to the rep to clarify that you wanted to upgrade your existing line, and not add an additional one.
