Just like the topic, clicked “finish registration”, it took me to a blank page that says “Hang on a sec...” and nothing ever loads.

Tried other browser, same. Koodo Assist can’t help anything unfortunately.

Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

Did it happen after you followed the link sent by Koodo? 

Could you also try refresh the page when you see the error message, and use the incognito/invisible mode of the web browser?

Hi Dinh, I found another email with a “register” button, and it worked! 

Before I received a set up email which didn’t work, so I didn’t try the new one (throught they were same).
