When I click “Finish Registration” it opens a new window, which just gets stuck loading saying “Hang on a sec..” and never finishes loading. 

Hi @Danielle Kehoe, is this for a prepaid or postpaid account? Have you tried to open the page in a private/incognito window or a different browser or device?

 


It’s a postpaid account, I have tried it on a different device using a different browser, but I’ll give it a try in an incognito browser right now


The private browser didn’t work


Thank you for testing. If you still cannot complete the registration, you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist so our team can resend the online account profile invitation. 


Update, I scheduled a call back and turns out that the original link to set up my self serve had expired. There was no expiration info in the email.


@Danielle Kehoe happy you were able to get in touch with an agent and finish your online registration. The email link will expire in 60 days but definitely understand the confusion as there is no info about that in the email. We’ll forward this to our team, thank you for the feedback!
