Joined Koodo 6 days ago. Received my email with the link to register for Self Serve. When I click the link it says “This service is unavailable right now. Please try again later.” Also, tried to register via the digital assistant, but get stuck after clicking “Finish Registration.” It just says “Hang on a sec” forever. I went back to the kiosk where I initially set up my plan. They were unable to figure out what was wrong and booked me a call back. The next day, I talked to a Koodo rep on the phone. They were also unable to figure out what was wrong. They said they would leave a “note” for someone to look at it. 3 days later, I haven’t heard anything (except a reminder email to register for Self Serve). I booked another call back, but thought I’d try here in the mean time.
It appears to be a glitch somewhere, from your description. Let me flag a rep to look into it.

Has the agent removed and re-added your email to trigger the profile creation email again? We’d also recommend trying in an incognito/private page or with a different browser or device.
I’m not sure exactly what the various agents have done. They’ve resent the email a few times to no avail. I’ve tried on my phone as well as multiple browsers on my PC. I just tried it in incognito with the most recent email link. No luck.

Are you currently residing in Canada or were you using VPN when you tried to create the self-serve?
I am also stuck at ” Hang gon a sec...”
from my knowledge it’s Koodos error, maybe their application need a emergency fix.
Every new customer are stuck in here now, and we’re paying monthly fee for hanging there a while already.

Hi, you can use the register link in you email to bypass the AI process
just like a side door.

You would need a rep to look into it. Unfortunately, they couldn’t find your profile in the system as your self-serve wasn’t setup. I would recommend you try to schedule a call back from them again.
After a very long phone call, they were able to get me logged into Self Serve. However, they were unsuccessful in setting up my Stream+. The issue seems to have been caused by technical difficulties with Stream+. They opened a ticket to hopefully get this resolved.
