I follow all the instructions on how to change my address but it says it will take a few minutes but it never changes. Also I live to far to go to any mall or store to go in any place to talk to them am I able to call and get my address changed I’m trying to get a new phone

When you enter your new address, does it come up in the Canada Post autofill field?
When you save your address, does everything look like it is working or does an error appear?
Everything works it says success and it may take a few minutes to change. And yes, it does come up with auto fill.
