I can’t access my internet and subscription in self serve it always says “ Sorry, your subscriptions list is not available at this time. Please try again or check back later.” I called this issue also to Koodo and they said they will call me back never heard from them again. Hope someone can help me solve this issue thank you in advance.

I'm having the same issue. They told me they would flag my account and call me back when it was fixed. It's been weeks. It's stopping me from linking my Stream+ to my Disney, Netflix and Prime. Have yoy had any luck?
