Recently I update my plan then when I trying to select perk it keet saying can not select perk please come later and show me transaction Id

Also on line end with 700 can not seepre authorized discount on plan details 


Thank you for clarifying. Completed a form request for the Unlimited Long Distance Pack perk to be added to your 700 number. It usually takes 2-3 business days  to be added and will start with the new bill cycle. 

 

In regards to the discount,  we verified the conversation that you had with our team and the offer was  for 2 lines with a rate plan compatible with the autopay discount and the 700 number was discussed with a rate plan that has a higher data amount and the one available and offered for that specific line is a great option and is not compatible with the autopay discount.
