Just to confirm, you are able to see other plan when you tried to switch your plan from seasonal hold?
When you are back from a seasonal hold, you could only choose the plan that is available in market. You couldn’t go back to the previous plan if that isn’t currently on market.
Hi Dinh,
Thank you so much for your prompt response. This is not correct. The representative assured me that I could easily return to my previous plan. Otherwise, why would I put it on seasonal hold for a few weeks, only to end up paying for a higher plan?
please help.
Sorry but Dinh is correct.
"When you begin a Seasonal Hold Plan, you'll no longer pay for your regular rate plan, as it will be removed from your account, and instead you'll be charged $15 per month (no Tab) or $30 (with a Tab) per month. If you have a Tab, you'll continue to pay the Tab charge monthly to reduce the Tab balance. If you have a Tab Bonus, it will also continue going down automatically each month. When you return, you can choose from the available in-market rate plans.
Note: Your current rate plan might not be available upon your return."
