I work from home a few days and my calls go through Mitel.  With my recent change over to Koodo to obtain the Call Control feature, I lost the ability to make and receive calls transferred to my cell.  I was able to rectify the outgoing calls by authorizing my direct work number, but I am still not able to answer the incoming calls. I can see the call incoming but it will not ring through to my cell.  It makes no sense to me since the incoming calls would be to my work number that transfers to my cell.  

Has anyone (and I know I’m really stretching my hopes here) experienced this and could advise me the way to fix this?

I do not want to turn of call control.  I switched to Koodo specifically for this option.  

Just to confirmed, is the incoming calls from work having a fix “caller id”? Make sure the number had proper number format in the authorized list (try +1 in front of the number).
