So i’ve followed all the steps,  and now I am stuck at the loading screen after I enter my verification code. It’s just loading and loading and loading.

Just to confirm, do you have a Koodo postpaid account and you are looking to change your existing sim card?


Yes, I am logged in and using the change my sim portion of the self serve website. I’ve tried about 5 times from my phone, another phone, and my laptop and nothing seems to be able to get through that last validation code. it’s just loading forever.

Just to confirm, you were residing in Canada and you didn’t use VPN on your device?

That was strange, is your account active? and there was no suspension on it? Is it a normal SIM or an eSIM?

SIM switch is a security issue, normally if you can’t do it in self-serve, you would have to contact Koodo directly or visit a store.
