I have recieved my wifi-6 router/modem yesterday through the mail and have it set up already. I have set the activation date for july 13th. Currently the router shows a “non-functional” red light. Will the wifi simply activate on the 13th? Is there any possibility of changing the activation time to be sooner than july 13th? Thank you.
Any possiblity of moving activation date?

Hi there,
I don’t believe you can as once the order is placed it is set in stone for when the activation will take place as it is a subscription service. You can always try chatting with a rep through a call back but as I said, I don’t think you can change it.
