I am trying to change my address. . Because of the recent strikes it states they cannot deliver to PO box or RR address’s. I try to input it manually with my street address but it keeps defaulting back to my current address with a PO box number. I am trying to purchase a new phone online. I have tried numerous different ways, with numerous devices. After i hit submit it pops up and states this is what we found, and reverts it back to the original address.

Ouf - I also dealt with this problem. Their website sucks for updating addresses..  I also tried calling for help, and the person couldn’t help me without being charged? So ridiculous. I posted about this on the community board, and after a full afternoon of going back and forth with Koodo..they fixed it. Good luck!


I’ll flag a rep to assist. When the system kicks back an address change like that, there’s not much else you can do.

@odds I’m really surprise dot hear that you were told you’d get charged for assistance. You’re only suppoed to be charged for something that you cannot do yourself. So an address change by a rep would have a charge, but not if you weren’t able to do it due to a system error.

I spoke to an agent and they were able to fix it while i was talking to them.
