Address Change Not Saving

Trying to upgrade my phone and plan online, however it’s been over 24 hours and my updated address has yet to save after multiple attempts.

I’ve missed out on the promotion I wanted to upgrade to because of this issue.
Help?

Do you get any error messages when you try to change your address?

No, it says it’s successful and could take a few minutes to change, however it never actually changes.

Please try using a private window on your browser and if the address doesn’t update, please reply to the PM we sent you so we can further assist.

Attempted in a private window and in store, however neither has been successful.
